- Private entries stay in your vault. Lorewell stores and processes them to run your account and the features you request.
- Shared entries are hosted for chosen recipients.
- Unlisted entries are hosted for anyone who has the link, but they are not meant for Public Commons search.
- Public entries are visible on Lorewell. You separately choose whether they show your name, no name, or experience context without your name.
- Future dataset licensing is not part of the normal capture flow. If Lorewell offers it later, it requires separate consent.
- Example: a private Spark about a client negotiation stays hosted only for you. A shared Spark can go to one invited colleague. A public Spark can appear in Explore. Going public still does not put that Spark in a dataset.
- Users can request changes to future licensing status if such a program is introduced, subject to the terms in effect at that time.
- Going public does not put a Spark in a dataset. Those controls stay separate.
