Start with one situation. Say what happened, what you noticed, what you did, and what someone else should remember.
Don't begin with categories. Lorewell can organize a Spark after it exists. The important part is getting the real detail down while you still remember it.
A useful Spark usually answers one question. If one recording tries to teach five lessons, split it later.
