Private saving and public sharing are separate choices.

A private vault is where Sparks begin. Nobody else sees them unless you choose a sharing path.

Public Sparks are reviewed before they are posted. Publishing a Spark is separate from licensing it for any future dataset.

Anonymous public sharing and named public sharing are different choices. So is sharing with a trusted contact.
