Cheap Customers Cost the Most
Low prices do not always create easier sales; sometimes they create harder customers.
The customers who fought me the hardest on price were almost always the ones who wanted the most extras, called the most, complained the most, and paid the slowest. I wish I had learned earlier that discounting attracts the wrong kind of pressure.
